THINGS TO DO

COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG

Explore Colonial Williamsburg, the nation's largest outdoor education living museum. You can purchase a pass to tour all the buildings in the historic area or take a long stroll around the grounds for free.

JAMESTOWN & YORKTOWN

Love history? The Jamestown and Yorktown historic sites are about a 20 minute drive away.

MERCHANTS SQUARE

Enjoy dozens of shops and restaurants in Merchants Square on Duke of Gloucester Street.

THE CHEESE SHOP

While you're in Merchants Square, grab a sandwich at the Cheese Shop. It's a Williamsburg institution and favorite among William and Mary students. Be sure to add the House dressing to your sandwich. It's delicious!

BUSCH GARDENS

Enjoy the rides and attractions at Busch Gardens amusement park.

WILLIAM & MARY

Take a walk around William and Mary's college campus. We're a little biased but "old campus" is especially beautiful in the spring.

GOLDEN HORSESHOE GOLF CLUB

Play golf at one of Scott's all-time favorite golf courses. Golf Digest also named it one of the 100 Greatest Public Golf Courses.

SPA OF COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG

Relax and rejuvenate with a treatment at the Spa of Colonial Williamsburg, located next to the Williamsburg Inn.

OUTLET SHOPPING

Shop til you drop at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets.

WILLIAMSBURG WINERY

Go for a tasting and tour of the Williamsburg Winery located on a historic 300-acre farm.

OUR FAVORITE PLACES TO EAT

The Cheese Shop, Blue Talon Bistro, Amber Ox Public House, Sal's By Victor, Old Chickahominy House, Second St. Bistro, and Fat Tuna Grill. Want to grab a coffee or tea and a quick snack or sweet treat? We love Aromas, The Bake Shop, and Blackbird Bakery.
